Project Feature

The 1660 Lincoln Street project was a straightforward lighting job in a downtown commercial building.

The true challenge, however, lay in the coordination and planning required to bring it to completion. Introduced to the project by a local Colorado client, we successfully navigated multiple decision-makers and gatekeepers—spanning from a designer in Washington, D.C., to stakeholders on-site—to ensure the project was completed efficiently and within budget.

The overall design and lighting features enhanced employee well-being by offering human-centric lighting that mimics natural daylight, improving mood, productivity, and overall workplace satisfaction.
